1. Agreement

By using the Lou Digital Solutions website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.
• Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur.
• Clearance and promotional prices are valid while stocks last.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

3. Placing an order

Orders are placed via WhatsApp. An order is only confirmed once we acknowledge it and confirm stock, total price, shipping, and payment details with you.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details.

4. Payment

Payment details are arranged with you on WhatsApp after the order is confirmed. Payment must be received or confirmed before we dispatch your order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Shipping & delivery

• We deliver to Peninsular & East Malaysia.
• Standard delivery fee starts from RM 8.
• Free shipping on orders above RM 500 within Peninsular Malaysia (unless stated otherwise).
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or location factors.

6. Returns & refunds

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will review each case and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for clearance items unless required by law. Items must be unused and in original packaging where applicable.

7. Warranty

Selected products include manufacturer or supplier warranty as stated in the product description. Warranty claims are subject to the terms of the relevant supplier or manufacturer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lou Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
